I used my Club Echo Park "Flower Garden" paper to make the card and the image clipped to the wooden frame. I used 3 different black textured ribbon to add above image. I discovered enamel dots with this project, which I added to the tags. I tied mini jute to hang the tags from the rustic ribbon. I looked for the cute flower cart image to tie both projects together and tied everything with this cute wide gingham ribbon.
