Rainbow birthday card with stamped title

Easy, almost one layer card with a soft rainbow bakground made with watercolors and alpha stamp. Choose alpha stamp with outline of each letter, and stamp with it on piece of watercolor paper using white embossing powder. Take watercolors and paint strips with them with a lot of water added to dylute the colors. After the background is dry, paint each letter with more concentrated color. Add word strip on top, some Pops of Color and voila - your card is ready.
