****This layout is HIGHLY inspired by a layout by Missy Whidden where she used this same cut file from Paige Evans and created a bubble background. I have to give her credit because I love how this layout turned out!
I used all Shimmerz Paints for my background and you can find all the colors listed in my IG post.

I used a Vickie Boutin stencil and modeling paste to create the "bubbles" on the background
