Oh my gosh, this was so artistic and certainly creative. I understood your directions perfectly but unfortunately, I'm not as creative as you. LOVE this. Is this in CA at the Big Trees Park?

Oh my gosh - the background you made is AMAZING. I can almost feel the texture through my computer screen. I totally get your technique and want to try it (as soon as find my clear embossing powder!).

Mixed Media Oct calendar layout

This was a process that I probably wont explain well but here we go.
I used a stencil to create the background and these are the steps which should go with the additional images.
I pounced orange, pigment ink onto the paper through the stencil.
Then I heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.
One picture of the powder on the ink and the next picture I showed the embossed and not embossed.
Next picture with the orange ink clear embossed.
Lastly , I inked the paper with Versa mark ink and, poured clear embossing powder on top and heat embossed it.
I did this with purple ink on the other side.
