Hi Friends! Each year I take all the Christmas Cards that are sent to me and create a year end holiday card mini album out of them. I have found since I've gotten older, that the unexpected loss of a friend or loved one can happen. Having this annual mini enables me to "reach back in time" and and capture a brief moment in time, when I know I was thought about. It also gives me a keepsake sample of their handwriting (I'm a bit overly sentimental, lol).
This years mini cover was made by Lisa (aka Kaye22), it's so festive with all it's petite holly berry details, Don't Open Until Christmas stamp, the little petite letters stamp everything comes together beautifully with that pretty poinsettia! Of course I could flip the page, then there's a lovely Thank You note from Lorna Lee. She sent the sweetest note thanking me for hosting another Secret Santa Swap this past holiday. We all exchanged cards in that swap, so I have a mini chocked full of wonderful designs and sweet holiday and New Year's well wishes!
My sister created these scrabble square name ornament's which I'm currently using as a dangly for the side charm. They are actually too long to "hang" on my tree, so I'm hoping to use them when creating family holiday lo's in the coming years. Thanks so much for dropping by and having a peek! Hugs ~ Dawna
