Give a Cheer
This is the 3rd installment of My Journey. The first picture of Sam and I was taken 8/18/21, a month and a half after my stroke. I was using a wheelchair at that time and he was sitting in it. The next two were taken 3/29/22. I was using a cane then. His hair is quite a bit longer because I wasn't able to cut it! The last one was Dan and I on 5/22/22. I was using the cane then, too. I'm using it still in the snow, but not, otherwise.
I made this using K and Company Merryweather and Photoplay papers. Using Americana Classic Stencil in Jacobean Floral using Versamark and Ranger Embossing Glaze in Broken China. I framed the pictures with Tim Holtz Baseboard Frames in Lace. The heart was from Robbie. I sprayed it with Tim Holtz distress spray in Mermaid Lagoon and then with Finnabair Metallique Wax Aged Brass. The rosette trim is from Peggy G. (mgiov). I did the same with it as the heart. The pretty roses were from Carri. The leaves were from Donnalynn and I used Tim Holtz Old Paper. The hummingbird was from Erin. The butterflies were from Reneabouquets. Metal pieces from my stash.
