We'd read in the newspaper that several Bald Eagles had gathered just past the roller dam outside of town because the water was free of ice there, so my husband, 2 1/2 year old son, and I gathered a camera apiece and 2 pairs of binoculars and headed out to take a look. These were the best pictures off the good digital camera. John's best photo off his Fisher Price camera was of his foot!
The 2 birds in the lower left we think are juvenile Bald Eagles.
