I took inspiration from the photo and kept the layout simple. I cut the die cut using cricut, then cut strips in the same width to adhere around the edges. The photo was matted on a vinyl that had the same colors as the dress in the photo. The title was also cut out of vinyl and outlined in turquoise. Glitter dots were placed around the title.
