The bow on this project was from Joanns in a make your own bow kit. The rosettes were made by using cupcake liners, cutting out the center, cutting with a scalloped, die, putting another die cut over top, and embellishing with ephemera, chipboard pieces, flat back gems, flowers, a lemon eraser, beads, and charms.
