Die cut the birthday wishes die from MFT stamps and trimmed the happy birthday paper on the background. Colored in the image on Neenah white 80lb card stock with Copics after stamping with alcohol friendly black ink. Popped the colored image up on the card panel atop the Happy Birthday paper and glued the sentiment on the edges.
