The background paper was a scrap. I thought I would dress it up and found this Basic Grey Sparkling Rubs from Peggy Giovanetti in my stash. It was the first time I've ever used rub ons that I can remember. They came out pretty good. Then I used the purple netting with glitter on it from Jody Noons. Then I glued the rosette trim and butterflies, also from Peggy. Last, I stamped my HB phrase on the little tag from Erin.
