I modify recipes as I go too or combine 2 together to make my own. Love fresh pineapple (since going to Hawaii) - won't buy the canned anymore. Love your pineapple pp, embellies and washi!

I absolutely LOVE fresh pineapples, especially during summer. I had accidentally defrosted pork instead of beef, so needed to make a quick change. Found a wonderful recipe online. Since I often modify recipes as I go, I just wrote down the gist of the dish. This is in my Quick Recipes 8x8 album. (Finally a chance to use my pineapple washi tape!)
