Special Techniques
Reverse mat frame with hand cut elements from patterned paper
Frame is raised with foam tape for 3-D look
Starfish and sand dollar at bottom of frame are enclosed in a shaker box, there is a 2nd shaker box contain free floating “sand” layered behind the first shaker box.
Edges of ghost letters are painted with acrylic paint to make them stand out
