The French Blue collection designed by Frank Garcia always amazes me with its delicacy and versatility. The beautiful shades of blue and rouge blend perfectly together. Today, Im sharing with you my decor that I made as inspiration. I cut circles out of cardboard and glued paper between them. I arranged the ephemera elements as the base of my composition and then added flowers and lace. Dont miss the reel I recorded for you - youll see step by step how I made it
