Enjoy The Journey ~ 21st Card

I've used a collection of rustic elements to create this distressed masculine 21st card. The fabulous steam train image and sentiment are from a Whimsy Stamps Clear Stamp Set, which I stamped in Pinecone VersaFine Clair Ink for a sepia effect design. I ripped and distressed the kraft cardstock edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink and then layered the image panel over a piece of upcycled corrugated cardboard saved from a postal box. I distressed the cardboard in the same manner as the image panel. I used some cool nautical themed patterned paper from my stash and embellished that layer with some eyelets. I diecut a 21 from toning cardstock that had a shiny finish, mounted the whole design onto a kraft card base and the card was done.
