This is so funny! I love a humorous card and good puns, so when I saw this one on YouTube I had to recreate it.

While I was surfing YT to look for new craft ideas I came across a video by a lady called Christine Stokes. One of her friends received this card on her birthday and Christine re-created it with stuff from her stash. So I thought I do the same. Unfortunately I do not have an owl stamp so I purchased a cheap clipart file with various owls from Etsy and used this grumpy fellow.

First, I ink smooshed and stenciled the background. Then I stamped, coloured and fussy cut the branch. The speech bubble is a stamp by Funky Fossil and I added some sticky alphas. I typed the punch line on the computer, printed and fussy cut the owl and put it all together.

And I already know who in our family will receive this card on their birthday next February.......
