I used all scraps on this one except for the card base. I used VersaMagic Aegean Blue to ink the edges of the Elegance of Blue and stretch cord from Walmart, I believe. The dark blue edging is a diecut from Cheery Lynn Designs. Twinkle Stickles finished it off.
