I am down to nothing but scraps and have eight cards to load up here. This is the first one. I used Spellbinders circles and Floral Doily Motifs, that were from Kelly! Lace was from Laura. I used Ciao Bella Elegance of Blue and Paper Studio card stock. The little tag was diecut from Anna Griffin Slimline Compendium and stamped with VersaMagic Night Sky. Blue stretch cord from Walmart.
