I used a new die from AALL & Create to cut out the circle frame and the script sections. I added some ink and stamping to each section of script then stuck it to the base.
The butterflies are cut from layer-it-up washi tape - I made up the image, then cut out the butterflies.
I added it all to a blck die cut circle
