I ink blended distress oxide wild honey, picked raspberry, and peacock feathers onto distress watercolor cardstock. Then I embossed the cardstock with Paper Rose baby blue embossing folder. Next, I dabbed on Solar Paste (cross my heart) on a few of the leaves around the piece. The panda was cut from Spellbinders Dancin' Birthday Panda. Mine doesn't dance too much but I think that's because he's on an embossed piece of cardstock. The balloon was from an Amazon die set. The sentiment is stamped on Vellum. I went over it with a black glitter pen to make it stand out. The gems are from Joann's (large ones) and Hero Arts. I went over the bow and the balloon with a clear glitter brush. This is for my great nephew's birthday.
