I love this photo, though it also makes me sad. My dad broke his hip and, given his bone cancer and other chronic issues, it was not a simple pin it all back into place. In addition, he developed pneumonia, had to have a feeding tube (and now gastric thing). In any case, it was a touching moment to watch my mom care for him.

I'll add journaling to the pull-out tag behind the "binder clip" ephemera.
