The pink circle was die cut from Spellbinders Rings Around the Circle dies. The middle of the circle was stamped (Vicki Boutin Art for Everyone) on vellum. The black ink was enhanced by using a black glitter brush over the lines. The center was colored with a Grizaye colored pencil (Tuscan) and the Grizaye pixie dust glitter pen was used over that. The vellum was attached to the circle by using doubled sided tape. After the circle was glued to yellow card stock, iridescent sequins were glued around the circle. A dot of glitter snowflake pops of color was applied to each sequin. The sentiment is from a Lawn Fawn stamp set (Wavy Sayings). It was fussy cut and popped up with foam tape.
