I stamped the image using the Cheers Bruh stamp from Unity Stamp company. I colored in with stampin up blends. Then used a stitched rectangle die cut from Dress My Craft. I chose the size that fit image. Then I used the next biggest die to cut black panel. I mounted them on cardstock I had in my stash. This was halloween paper but not sure on brand as I have had for several years. I put 3 black enamal dots in right top corner.
