An A2 size distress water color card stock panel was embossed with Spellbinders Flowers and Leaves embossing folder. I used distress oxide inks over the embossed panel (wild honey, peacock feathers, picked raspberry). I spread a small amount of solar paste over the panel with my finger to give it a glossy look (golden hour, beluga, cross my heart). The card was attached to a white A2 card base. I added Recollections jewel borders at the top and near the bottom, added a balloon (Amazon die) and added a bow (Paper Rose) to the balloon). I used a bit of Stickles glitter gel on the bow (Moon Dust). The balloon and bow were popped up with foam tape. The sentiment is from Hero Greetings Make a Wish stamp set.
