This is an anniversary card for my sister. The teal colored base card is a 5x7 card from Recollections. The black A2 card is a piece of SCB.com heavy weight mixed media paper. I stenciled the image in the middle from a very old Faber Castell mixed media stencil Mandala (these are actually heavy duty paper and not plastic). I used solar paste royal flush (which has a purple caste but for some reason, it looks blue in this photo). At various points I dotted the image with pops of color glitter disco. The stars around the center orb were stenciled using TH Stampers Anonymous Hocus Pocus Stencil with Beluga, Overheated, Golden Hour, and Crocodile Tears solar paste. The two small white orbs on top and bottom were made with a white Posca pen and then pops of color glitter silver was added over the top. I used a pallet knife to smear Stickles glitter gel around the edges to represent the galaxy. The sentiment (which is an original thought from my "brilliant" husband) was printed off of Word and die cut. The Happy Anniversary sentiment will be included on the inside.
