Smiley Flower Birthday Card

The background was embossed using a folder from Recollections on a distress watercolor cardstock panel. I used distress oxide ink (candied apple), a yellow glitter brush, a light green glitter brush, a lavender glitter brush, pops of color disco (in the middle of the lavender flowers) on the panel. The central flower was die cut and stamped using SCB.com dies and stamps.
