June Card Sketch Challenge #5

I made a start on this month's card sketch challenge late yesterday and managed to complete 2 cards. This one is for sketch #5. Papers for the background and focal image and the balloon rub on are by Funky Fossil.

I embossed the BG panel using my Creative Expressions Diamond Art folder and die cut a double layer stamp frame (Creative Expressions Square Postage Stamp) and inked the edges.
