This is the right cabinet in the center of my workspace. I store all my paper by ROYGBIV - Cardstock is first, then patterned papers. Large scraps are stored in the front of the appropriate file, smaller bits are kept in a box together (and my girls are allowed to grab anything in that box as well). This system really works well for me!
