My son is 3 and full of life and laughter. I "quilted" the page using 9 different papers and a zig-zag stitch. Used rub-ons for his initials and the words because I like the words to overlap the different papers. I love embellishments, but this page didn't really need many. I distressed the edges with brown stamp ink to warm it up and used a thin strip of raffia instead of a thread or ribbon because I like the texture. The metal piece the ends are attached to actually came off the back of my jeans. My sweet little 3 year old pulled it off, so I thought it was appropriate to add to the page! :)
