1.Trim a panel of Snow Layering Paper that measures 3 1/2" x 4 3/4". Use a 1/2" circle punch to create the notches in all four corners. 2.Create a mask for the moon with a 1 3/4" circle punch and freehand cut a mask for the hill. Be sure to save the negative space leftover from the mask to use later. 3.With the two masks in place ink the background with Wild Honey and Rusty Hinge Distress Inks. Flick water on this area to create water splotches. Remove masks. 4.Stamp sentiment on bottom of panel using VersaMark ink and emboss with white embossing powder. 5.Now use the negative portion leftover from the masks to cover the orange background so the moon and hill can be inked. Use Mustard Seed Distress Ink for the moon and Black Soot Distress Ink for the hill. Wipe away excess ink from embossed sentiment. Remove masks. 6.Stamp the tree, witch and bat images using black ink. 7.Tie twine around a Snow Folded Card and then mount stamped panel to the card with foam adhesive.
Tip: When doing a lot of masking take time to plan your card out. Decide which image you want to appear closest and that will be the image you stamp last.
