Birthday card I made for a challenge to use polka dots - I have two polka dot pp's, polka dot ribbon, and a polka dot brad in the flower center. Overkill? LOL I used water color pencils to color the stamped and heat embossed sentiment piece, and it's popped up on foam tape. It says (weren't you 29 last year?) on the bottom. I did tone on tone leaves with the flower. I drew the banner flags and mats freehand, cut them out, then used brads to attach the banner string. The organza polka dot ribbon is layered over a solid orange ribbon so that it would show up.
