I am working on a budget so I had to go with one of the freebies that ComputerScrapbook.com offers. It's a great freebie though and was a sampler of elements from the kits listed in products used below. I used the paper element twice and multiplied it to get the layered effect here. I used Photoshop effects to create the vellum overlay border and soft oval frame. The swirl is not mine; see the other products used for the detail on it: it was converted to an overlay as well. The simple journaling is there because I really feel this photo and my daughter's expression carry their own weight well, but it reads "In Your Eyes....the Light, the Heat. Felt, Feb. 2007" (I'm a Peter Gabriel fan so had to use a lyric of his). Font chosen for this was Copperplate, also one of my personal faves...please click & magnify to see the effect I was after (the smaller version is very pixelated). TFL!
