This is a two pager I made for the Scrapathlon. Journaling reads:
Page 1
This picture was taken two weeks before I went into labor. I felt happy, strong and very much prepared for the task of motherhood that laid ahead of me. After a difficult delivery, however, with complications for both my baby and I, I laid in my hospital bed feeling a bit depressed and inadequate as a new mom.

That's when my crazy husband and his parents decided to cheer me up a little. They staged the whole thing and brought me this picture. When I saw it, I laughed so hard I cried. I realized I was going to make it because I had my family behind me. It was a small gesture of kindness that had a huge impact.
(The man in the picture is my dear father-in-law. Can you see him laughing is butt off? Cracks me up!)
