I made these white/yellow blooms from cardstock....the design was inspired by some Prima blooms that were in the Main kit from MCS this month. They are so easy-peasy to make!....No special instructions needed. ~Just cut out two small jaggedy edge circles of white cardstock, then snip little 'V' shapes into the edges to create petals. ~The lightly ink the center of the top layer of the white cardstock piece with a little yellow chalk ink (I used Colorbox 'Wheat' color ink)
~then punch out 4 or 5 tiny flower shapes (I used the Paper Shaper retro daisy punch...the REALLY small one)
~lightly spritz the cardstock pieces with water and scrunch them up.....when you open them up they will have an 'embossed' look (you can also use your fingertips to give a few of the petals an inward curl)
~now just glue the layers together....DONE!
This layout was made with all the beautiful goodies in the October LIMITED EDTION kit from MY CREATIVE SCRAPBOOK.
