Hi everybody! Today, I have a project that I created using the Scraps Of Elegance September Kit-Nostalgia. The soft Pion papers, paired with some of the Vintage look embellishments in this kit and the Add Ons were perfect for this little Vintage Hanging Banner.

I wanted something special and that could capture the Vintage feel of the banner to hang it with. I have seen some of the really cute clothes hangers in some of scrapbook collections, but I needed something bigger, and well, more economical, so I decided to create my own.
