I always do monthly summary pages in my albums as an overview and to include random odds and ends, if I have any, that won't fit on other LO's. For my 2013 pages, I'm using Graphic 45 Place in Time. (You can see the themes I used/am using for 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 in my gallery in the Month LO's album.)

Graphic 45...It's my first go with one of their lines, and it's a little overwhelming. I feel like I want to use everything because I don't have plans to use it on other pages and it's all so pretty, so forgive the clutter - I may have overdone it. I will eventually do some kind of a title page for the year with some leftovers from all 12 months. I will also add in items on the calendar as I find things. I've never done a calendar page so close to the actual month before, and I don't have all my January 'stuff' gathered yet - I know there are movie stubs and such around here somewhere that I will want to write in. I listed Cassie's dance classes on the other 'January' card on the far left. On the top tag, I printed out on vellum the 'This is your life' internet image that Pat (GentlewoodFarms) was kind enough to share with me. She used it on one of her recent LO's, and I loved it. The bottom tag has some other journaling about events of the month. I added Blue Water ultrafine glitter to selected snowflakes and the bow in the little girl's hair, and I added white glitter to the snow on the 'J,' the snow falling around the girl image on the postcard, and the feathers on the woman's hat on the McCall's cover. I also added gems to the flourishes. A few items are raised on foam tape for dimension.

This is for the February No Picture Challenge.

Edit 4/10/13: After sitting with this one for awhile, I decided that I wasn't happy with it. I was initially afraid of this line, and I wasn't sure what to do with it so I tried to stay simple and didn't use any other product besides the gems and glitter. I went back and added the doilies and the blue pearl flourish and increased the distressing. I'm much happier with it now.
