I'm finally getting our 2014 vacation photos from our 25th anniversary trip into an album. This is one of the first spots we went to when we got to town, practically right off the airplane.

When I vacation, I do a lot of research about where things are located in relation to each other, and what it might be reasonable to be able to get done in a set time frame. Based on when our plane landed, we had time to do the square, then go to the Underground Seattle Tour, then head to the wharf to do an evening harbor tour before checking into our hotel.

This totum has a rich history, and I thought visiting it first got us off on the right foot for this city walking tour. Hubby is checking the map, thinking he might be the leader, but he's wrong. He's just the driver. I have it ALL written down - down to where to park and how much it's going to cost to eat. I'm OCD like that.
