Absolutely great page! Love everything about this LO! Thank you for sharing your story. I voted "funny" for this page, but if honestly, this story is not funny - I'm expecting the same time and deal with my fear! I always had a horrible time on dealing with the health insurance companies!

Your layout is so creative and definitely "tells the story!" The utter frustration is visible in all your embellishments and photos! It is a very relative layout for me! My DH had always handled the EOBs matching them up to bills from the providers. He seemed to handle it without problems. When I had to start doing it after his death and with all the hospital bills, provider bills, hospice, etc., etc., I was like Jerry and ready to pull my hair out! At least, we had been on Medicare and our supplemental plan for several years so I avoided that headache.

Oh no, my DH has to do this process this year and he doesn't have much hair to spare. I will have to remember to get photos of him losing it!!! Your layout made me laugh out loud. Wonderful layout.
