This album was so easy to construct. It holds the photos from the First Annual Scrapbook.com Cupcake Day. I used patterned papers from the BasicGrey "Two Scoops" Collection on the pages. These papers and embellishments are coordinated and gave me plenty of color and pattern options.
I used UHU glue stick and a brayer to attach the papers to each page; trimming the edges with a Fiskars Fingertip Control Craft Knife (love it) and sanding any rough edges with BasicGrey Files.
The cupcake "base" paper on the front cover is from the kit packaging (this sheet has mini images of the pieces of the pattered papers included in the kit).
The "C" is a mini version of a BasicGrey undressed chipboard "c". I used the original letter as a pattern and made a new letter that fits perfectly inside the circle opening.
The green candle paper came from one of the border sticker strips. Sprinkles are adhesive backed pearls.
I outlined the sticker letters so they would stand out on the busy patterned papers.
