On GMA the other day, a crew caught the record-setting alligator (I think it was Alabama). It was 727 lbs!! They were saying that it truly tastes like chicken. IDK, I would try it.

Tried fried alligator while in Lafayette (cajun country). Not bad tasting at all. I guess it all depends on how it is prepared. Frozen grapes are good!

I have eaten alligator before and really liked it. Matter of fact I brought some home for my grandma to try. Got it while we were in FLA, years ago. :)

I think we did try this one year... or maybe it was the Ostrich? Not sure, either way it was gamey tasting
