I am very happy to share my guest project for the 20 Days of Holiday Sharing event here at Two Peas. I love making my own tags and adding them to gifts for family and friends. I made these tags with using two of the Spellbinders Labels 4 dies in my Big Shot Die Cutting Machine. I stamped each of the smaller die cuts with a script stamp from Inkadinkadoo with distress ink in Peeled Paint, Fired Brick, and Broken China. Using my ink blending tool and the same distress inks I gently colored over the entire stamped images using circluar motions to give a tone on tone look. For the red tag I used the EK Success Reindeer punch and added a scarf from the Martha Stewart DIY Snowman punch. I also added a bit of bling to the reindeer's nose with a red pearl and then added the completed reindeer to the tag with dimensional adhesive. For the blue tag I punched different sized snowflakes, added blue crystals to the centers, and attached them to the tag with more of the dimensional adhesive. (The smallest snowflake is from the center of the Martha Stewart Aspen Ornament punch. I love that punch!) For the green tag I used my Slice Die Cutting Machine and the Mistletoe card to cut the tree. I added green pearls to the tree and adhered it to the tag with dimensional adhesive. To finish off the tags I punched a hole at the top of each tag and added ribbon from Offray and American Crafts. I hope you enjoyed my project. Have a great day!
