Did you know that Pops of Color spread like buttah on a stencil?! It's true! I used Pops of Color and a scraper tool to spread it onto my stencil. After it dried, I adhered a vellum strip with the heat embossed sentiment, Sending you strength. I adhered the panel onto my card front and finished it off with adding a few more pops color dots all around the background.
