Small Red Potatoes
Corn on the cob
Sausages (whatever you like)
Shellfish (shrimp but crabs, oysters, clams, etc. can be added too)
Old Bay seasoning
Start by boiling the potatoes, add the corn and precooked sausages then the shrimp not long before serving. You're supposed to dump all this out onto a picnic table covered with clean newspaper and just eat off from there. :D
This is also called Beaufort Stew, Low Country Stew, as well as Shrimp boil.
