After the tourist train ride was over we walked through the Provencal Market (the city’s giant outdoor food a produce market) and around part of the quaint little town.
We passed a McDonald’s and stopped to check our email on our iPhones and enjoy a Coke. Bill came back to our table with out Cokes and said he wanted to show me something cool.
Near the counter where food is ordered there were two large upright machines, they looked like some type of bank machines – much like an ATM. To expedite your order, you placed your order on the machine, inserted your debit or credit card to pay for your food and the machine spit out a receipt with a number. Then you went to the counter to claim your order.
Then we found a nice park bench and enjoyed the ham sandwiches that Bill made for us on the ship and drank the remainder of the nice icy cold Coke from McDonalds.
It was too early to go back to the ship and our tourist train tickets were good all day so we took one more trip around town to see the things we missed the first time around.
