Hi! Thanks so much for your wonderful comments on my pages. I have always been involved in som kind of art. When I was about five, I drew a curly, ropey, curvy, thick mosiac and filled all with colors. Then I went to the heating stove and ever so gently "melted" the colors. Don't ask me how I knew how to do that! The affect became an addiction. If my mother had caught me, it would've been the belt and the corner! I lamely worked with art, but not totally involved until later in life in the ceramics area, thanks to my sister, the pro, where the "Native American" feeling CAME TO ME. I was obsessed with it. I looked in books (after the fact) how to paint apiece and I was very, very close to painting wht the people who made the book had done. I know that's bragging, but I was shocked.

Then I became very ill, and no longer able to paint or pour my ceramics. I dabled a lot in decals (and I have thousands of them still). Again, Smilemy18 (my sister and my grand daughter's namesake) came to my rescue and got me to sign up on I had been doing flyers for years without putting much effort in them. I looked though our neighborhood galleries, wanting so bad to do what everyone was doing. I had no clue. I psted pix on colored card stock, put decals on to spruce it up...YUK!!!. All I got was a sick looking thing that scanned horribly, and knew I would not EVEN show anybody, let alone upload! So, I thought, wonder if I can improvise like I did my flyers, sorta "scrap" I had no idea there were "digital" scrappers. I have endeavored to improve myself since. From time to time I become too ill to prepare layouts, let alone make comments on my friends layouts, or even thank them. I am determined to do it tonite! I appreciate all of you, sticking with me when most of the time I was unable to return your kindness. Yes, this is sorta spam, but I'm desperate and I'm going thank everybody this time one way or another. Thanks for your comments and your inspiration. I have learned a little from each of you!
Hugs, Glenda
