Thank you for the sweet comment on my LO I created for my son. I can't take credit for the photographs. They have the Drill Sergeants and other soldiers taking photos of the trainees and post on FB for us on their company pages. It is a small piece of joy for us to see while going through the process. Blessed they do this, because otherwise we would not have these memories to capture for them

Not sure if you heard my story about those dies! My FIL gives us Walmart giftcards for birthdays/holidays. Well I had been holding mine cause there was nothing "fun" that I wanted since they stopped carrying their good scrapbook stuff. So one night while doing an order on another site I couldn't decided between 2 items. So I googled to see where else it was sold and came up. So I got to looking and they had those Tim Holtz dies I had been wanting for a long time but afraid to spend the money on theme. So I spent all the gift cards I was hording and got lots of goodies. The only thing you have to watch on that site is to make sure and get it from walmart and not a 3rd party vendor. I did in-store picking up shipping was free no matter what I spend. It comes quick to. So anyway I got in my head that I had the Christmas ones....I think I saw one of Karen's cards....and want to see what the die looked like. Eeek I didn't have the Christmas one I had Celebration which didn't cover Christmas! So then I HAD to get the Christmas one and Karen made a super cut "joy" card with it. So part of my Christmas JoAnn's was having a sale on Christmas day so hubby said I BETTER get it since I NEEDED it!! I have to say I liked using it. I will say I'm glad I got the Spellbinder all in one tool...because I had no clue how to get it out of there without it. Okay I'll stop....for now!

Hi there! Thank you for the visit and commenting on my son's card. When I punched out those trees and saw the larger scraps I thought they would be cool to use for grass. Thanks for noticing! Hugs, Elizabeth

Thank you for the visit to my gallery. I had fun in yours. I am a little behind. I have never been to the grand canyon but I bet river rafting there is exciting. Hugs
