What a great place.
I love the color of your room.It is the same as mine but your storage units are so organized and uniform.
It wasn't really that hard to make. It is basically in 4 sections, the two towers on end, the desk, and the shelf above the desk. I added the cubby holes on top of the desk on both side to help hold the over shelf up. We brought it in, in sections and screwed it all together once in the room. The only part that is attached to wall the the back of desk. I could have put two more legs on back but just attached it to wall. We put all the drawers in after it was in room and the pieces were put together. We used 6 sheets of 3/4 MDF, two legs, and all the drawers and pull outs hardware, primer and white paint and a lot of work. My hubby had to help me cut the pieces, screw it all together and I did most of the rest of it. I was a woman on a mission. Our biggest challenge was figuring out how to get MDF 4'x8' sheets home. No truck, so I had to figure all the cuts prior to building out of the MDF and had the home store make all the large cuts. So each sheet would be cut in 3-6 pieces each and we could fit it in our SUV. LOL Trying to get my mind around the whole process was the hardest part. Plus I had to work in the light switch by the TV and an airvent for room is behind it and I had to put in a vent (you can't see it here) too. I have actually designed a whole line of scrapbook furniture but I still am thinking of whether I want to go through the whole process of bringing it into fruition.
