We are building a little "hobby-house" in our garden this year. I have spent a year drawing the house, and this part is my scraproom. Our present house is rather small, people look terrified when I say that my scraproom is going to be bigger then our livingroom. But that is actually true! Our livingroom is only 172 squarefeet and my scraproom is going to be 225.
The windows are in south-west location so Iīm hoping to have a lot of light. Iīm not sure the walls are going to be red since I guess they will "swallow" the daylight.
Closest you can see my present desk. Itīs rather big and I have decided to keep it as a clean area. Which means no paint, no stamps etc.
The black little "tower" is a little paper storage that I got on Michaels when I visited friends in Texas. Itīs totally full today, so it will only contain cardstock in my new room. Itīs got wheels so itīs easy to move it.
The next area is my messy area. Which means all the mess that is forbidden in the other area. :-)
I will have stamps, stamp ink, embossing powder, perfect pearls, craft sheets, you name it in the drawers. So everything is really easy to access when you sit in the middle. Between the two windows I will put four picture ledges. They are SO good to keep scrapthings on since they are very shallow. Iīm keeping all paint, distress ink refillers, distress ink pads, glue sticks, crackle paints etc on them today and I will keep doing it. Itīs great!
On the left side of the door I will have another shelf that I built myself. There I will have some decorations, glimmer mist etc. I will also have masks, foam brushes, glimmer screens etc hanging under it.
