Another angle of the scraproom. I saw somebody who had put Expedit shelves on top of drawers. Whoever you are- I LOVE YOU! What a wonderful idea.
Since I´ve been fighting my little paper storage for a almost two years now I´m starting to get sick of it. You can´t actually see a thing. So therefore I have dedicated the two bottom rows of the Expedit shelves for paper storage. I know-there will be a lot of dusting. :-) But I think it will be worth it.
I will have albums, magazines, books, photos, travelmaterial, adhesives, decorations etc in the other shelves.
In the drawers I will keep punches, kits, all my Fiskars supplies, yarn, threads, you name it.
In the cabinets I will keep all needlework, my sewing machine, fabric etc.
On the desk I will keep my computer, printer, hopefully BK Gazelle some day, buttons in their spicejars, cuttingmats, paper trimmers, pens, whatever... It will probably be full. :-)
Thanks for all your kind commments. I can´t wait either. Right now I´m stuck with a lot of building material under my desk, beside the desk, behinde the shelves. More or less everywhere.
Hi Kottens,THIS IS REALLY COOL ROOM:)You mentioned having alot of dusting to do on those shelvings-You could attach a rolldown shade or fabric(to mach your new room),so it covers all those cubbyholes,when your not using them-It would cut"WAY"down on having to dust!(just a thot)Cant wait to see your room done:)--
