My wife bought our first pair of these for craft projects. I kept stealing them for jobs around the house (cutting wire, clipping things, etc). After a while, I gave in and bought my own pair. Not sure if they were meant to be "all-purpose scissors" but these little things are phenomenal. Better than anything I've found at Home Depot.

Great for cardmaking. Easy to use. Intuitive. Nothing bad to say about it. My wife loved it.

They save space and they look great. My wife loves them.

And for a good cause too!

This is a good trimmer for the price. We use it at our house for cards and stuff and it's held up well for a year now. I'd definately recommend it.
